Hope the bowling in the games is better than it has been in this ODI currently on!!
Poor buggers not helped by a very batting friendly pitch, but even making pandya look good when he normally flatters to deceive.
Smith's innings was mustard though, will give him that.

Grumps he's probably got a nice little wager on the Saffers, he reminds of Dernbach, the hype is better than the reality

Usual Roy.
Never really sure why he's anywhere near the T20 side, fails at this level in this format all the time.
Bit like with trying to shoe horn Stokes into the sid regardless.
Incredible ODI and test player, but this format simply isn't his game as he likes to build into an innings.

Thankfully Stokes and Bairstow are putting up a fight otherwise we'd be up the creek without a paddle.
Surprised Tom Curran wasn't put out of his misery, not going to do his confidence any good. Bragging rights to the younger brother this time.
How much of a muppet was Bavuma.

Bairstow allowing stokes to have a right good swing here.
And stokes record at this ground is brilliant.

I understood T Curran is a specialist death bowler & has a decent record. The nature of T20 means sometimes you go into the stands & you just have to take it & move on. Seeing he grew up in Cape Town maybe playing at home swung his selection for a game at Newlands. Or Six Gun Grill Newlands as it is now known.

I was very disappointed with Newlands. Bit of a fraud with all the Table Mountain back drop/ most beautiful ground stuff. The view I had was a massive brewery. South Africans are cunts as well.

But that’s t20 Sometimes you get tonked even if you haven’t done much wrong And the captain has to decide whether you can bounce back S’pose he could have called on Ben Stokes (Carlos Brathwaite, remember the name) to bowl the last one.

Was that Haller bowling there? Looked like him but he was smiling far too much as he got smashed around.
